Well, what an amazing weekend! Completed my first Spartan Race with Stacy Sharp. Met some great people like Stacy Sanderson and Ricky Jong. And ran into a Spartan brother, Chadrick Pickens. I wish I could convince all my friends to do these Spartan Races with us, they are so exhilarating. Doing things I never knew I could- that rope climb was awesome! Seriously though, Shawn Owen, Josh Witt, Ashley Brooks, Ricky Vance, James Scott, Steven Baldwin, Greg Sanchez, Albert Moore III, Brandon Boatman, Sabrina Fink and everyone else, come do it!!! In 4 weeks and 5 days, were doing a 14 mile, 30+ obstacle Spartan Beast. If youre not up for that one, on October 25th were doing a 8+ mile, 20+ obstacle Spartan Super in Sacramento. Theyre so much fun! AROO!!!!
