Well working a really old recipe for dinner. the crock pot is out and cooking on high, 2 large cans of crushed tomatoes Italian herbs and garlic. browning on the stove is a small London broil using sea salt, fresh crushed pepper little bit of extra virgin olive oil. once both sides browned and crusted into to the pot it goes to cook all day. this will be served on angel hair pasta covered with sauce and grated mozzarella cheese.
