With help from Waupacas Community Garden we are topping the delicious grilled haddock with an Asian Slaw and Thai Peanut Sauce all on toasted Ciabatta) Tomato & Swiss Chard Pasta Bake ( Sauteed Swiss Chard, garlic and cherry tomatoes are tossed with Cavatappi pasta in a light white wine beurre blanc sauce) Mac-n-Cheese ( Sweet Chile Basil Havarti) Bangers and Smash ( La Petite Mort Chicken Hock) Shepherds Pie ( ground pork and beef)
