Wellness Tip: Drink Water. So few of us are drinking enough water and it is weighing on your mind, your body, and your health. Whenever you get that mind fog, forget the day of the week, or lose your words… try drinking some water. Ditch the coffee and pop as much as you can and keep a bottle of water with you throughout the day. If you need some flavor, infuse it with fruit, herbs, or essential oils.
