Wellness Wednesday with Caitlin! I am always on the lookout for healthy recipes I can make for dinner that can be reused as leftovers. Eating right is so much easier when you can simply reheat something you have previously made. My latest quest is to find meals I can freeze in advance for when I will be preoccupied with a little one in a few weeks. Casseroles are great option for this, but many are high in calories and processed ingredients. Here is a list of a few more clean casserole options that you can make in advance and eat for days.
