Wells Fargo is the WORST mortgage company ever. They are supposed to sign off on this check issued by USAA since its over $5,000 but they keep saying that it doesnt match the adjusters spreadsheet and the reason, stated in the four character box is FIRE which is not what our property damage is from. The amount on the check matches the adjusters spreadsheet to the penny and even last time, it stated FIRE due to the damage that is usually associated with a fire... water damage. They are causing us to have to wait even longer and now my adjuster was here and said he will keep all three (or more) additional claims just under the $5,000 mark in order to avoid this problem with the future funds issued from USAA. So much for banking with them again... Can anyone suggest a bank I can do business with in the area and/or who to avoid? What a day...
