Went back to Nogales today to accompany Ardani Rosales-Lemus into the Port of Entry. Ardani got to spend the morning with his son, whom he hadnt held for over a year because he was detained by immigration and then deported to Guatemala. Ardani is simply one of the nicest guys you could ever meet, very kind, humble, and simply wants to get back to Phoenix to be with his kids and family. My son is about the same age as his son Pablo. Absolutely useless suffering and separation. Please call, write, or talk to whomever you can to get Ardani home. Today we filed a petition for humanitarian parole and currently have pending a motion to reopen with the Board of Immigration Appeals. The insanity of this incarceration and deportation nation must come to an end. #Not1More #Right2Return
