Went for 2 check ups this week. Yesterday was my thyroid. I have a under active thyroid. I have had 3 goiters removed a few years ago with radiation. I have another which we knew about. Causing a lot of problems. Hair falling out, vision changing, dry skin. On the happy note, my cardiovascular Doctor says Iam doing great! Cholesterol is down, BP is awesome, and I lost 25lbs. WOW I wonder if he knows what I am going thru? So I thought I would treat myself to eating out being I have been fasting all day for blood work. I have had a craving for a Ruben sandwich. Its now 4pm. I get home, put away groceries and do my chores. I sit and enjoy my dinner. First bite, I cant bite thru..... I open it up and THE PAPER FROM THE CHEESE IS IN MY SANDWICH! Are you kidding me! This is why I dont eat fast food....... I was going to make my own. I went to the grocery store yesterday and bought everything. But I had a slice of cheese that I got fresh from the deli, yep as I peeled them apart, two of the 4 slices I got had mold on them. Now how did the deli manager miss that as he packaged them?
