Went on that walk but I had to walk with my cane kinda slowed me down but I fell so much better now I gotta work on my lower tummy but before I do sit-ups and other stuff I am gonna make me doctors appointments Ive been drinking my V-Shakes I am challenging myself before by September of 2014 to lose down to half the weight of 215 pounds I should be at 180 pounds Its gonna take me some time to do it this time because of my knee thigh hip and my lower back and stress I know I did it before at 190 I can do it again I gotta push myself more and much harder this time and be more patient I am so excited for myself I am so ready to to do this . A BRAND NEW ME COMING SOON
