Went out to check out a H14 today and yep....brought it home. Came with a seized snowblower( maybe water in the gearbox that froze....hopefully), also came with a 42 deck. Will take some more pics tomorrow. I can tell you though that it wasnt run in years. The owner told me that the last time it was run it ran rough, so it was parked and they recently decided to sell it. The tractor was in the family from new, when the owners dad passed away they purchased a new tractor ( after they found it ran rough )and this sat and they didnt bother with it anymore which was about a year and a half ago. Upon bringing it home we found the spark plug top that screws on to be off the plug and stuck in the wire, so we dug that out and replaced the plug, which gave us bright blue spark. Luckily the gas tank was dry but a little gas was in the bottom of the carb so we took it off, cleaned it out and that was it. She runs and drives pretty good, however I did spot a leak around the rear somewhere. The hydraulic lift works good also. I want to clean it up some tomorrow and go over the wiring as well because the amp gauge was working but doesnt appear to be now and i didnt see a fuse anywhere, so it needs a good going over.....
