Went out today with the only person who visits every week and talks and takes me out as we couldn´t make it last Wednesday she called and came today asked if I wanted to go out the weather was wonderful she said so yeah I jumped in the shower and off we went,went to a couple of shops she wanted to buy something useful but nice for her granddaughters first day of school I walked around then went out in the sun while I waited and hoped to get a little tan even just on my face,well then we went to a shop nearby called "Rúmfatalagerinn" cause they are having a summer sale bought a box for my jewellry (costume most of it)then I bought a new fram for the picture of my darling late Dad and couldn´t open it properly -the glass broke and I broke into tears and now I can´t stop-this is so me+one of the reasons I never trust that anything good can happen in my life ever I have this wonderful/great day today we even went to IKEA where I bought paper lights cause long since fed up with having the bear bulbs everywhere,we had a nice time had sandwiches in the diner there and to top it all we treated ourselves to icecream cones I was happy and truly glad for a while trying my utmost not to think of my brother and his family having a terrible day today where I have kept thinking that I wished that I could perform miracles or at least do something for all of them,and for the afternoon I managed just that laughed ate didn´t care that I have gotten fat my recently aquired addiction to food to eat all the time well anyway so I looked forward to putting my Dad´s picture in a new frame more suited had already given Mom one but this time it all went wrong and the glass broke and something in me and I can´t stop crying.................................but before that I and my friend and angel had a wonderful,great and fun time....alas my bad vibes tend to ruin such moments it´s me this is so typical of me always has been...........But Thank u all - Love u all....have fun and a superb rest of the weekend!!!!!!!!
