Went this morning and entered the jean fitness contest at the CN fitness Center. This young man very professionally, measured my waist! Next week we take a "before picture" then six weeks of blood sweat & tears trying to drop two sizes. At the end of six weeks the first 10 who looses the most weight and can fit their jeans gets a 50 dollar gift certificate! Wish me luck! Oh and you have to go to group fitness 4 times a week.
