Went to Ks at clovercrest where I had my first pup around a month ago, since then I frequent bamboo. Ks today was VERRYYYY salty and I love salt but it was too much. There were basically no pieces of meat was all crackle and pieces of fat. The crackle however was delicious and better than Ive ever had at bamboo. The salad was not great. The chirri was great and such an even amount throughout. The roll was crunchy on top but a bit soft on the bottom. So all up it was very hit an miss!!! Can I combine the good from ks and bamboo?! Cost $4.50 so pretty good.
