Went to MRC this morning. I missed last week due to my surgery. I was shocked at the weigh-in. I had lost 7 pounds! That puts me at 58.5 lost since 1 May 2013. I am so pleased. My blood pressure was down 125/79. I Have a follow- up appt. on Friday with the Doc. He should be removing the stiches. Right now he has me on 20 pound weight restriction, I broke that last night picking up Blaine, the little stinker weighs 28 pounds.
