Went to PTQ in Cardiff and thought id share some metagame observations, can only base this on what i saw (restricted by the fact i had matches to play and bonfire of the damned stories to share between rounds) and would be good to share viewpoints with other attendees in the group. pod (mostly melira) seemed to be all over place and was the most played deck tron (almost all r/g) had a greater representation (matt light effect?) than would normally be expected g/b shells (jund, rock and junk) have been under-represented in uk recently but numbers jumped to normal for cardiff twin wasnt played as much as would be expected affinity also seemed to be underplayed compared to normal U/W/R decks had a healthy chunk of meta (seems unpopular online and elsewhere recently) though that is likley a normal feature of UK meta storm was played as much as you would expect but i mostly saw it at the lower tables 8 rack had a decent showing (even a top 8) for a deck normally considered to be pretty niche, worth noting as waste not will be available for later ptqs
