Went to Pit Stop for an oil change, left there with all electrical reset, no radio, car smelling hot and then the heat goes out! They said they topped off the coolant (after they found it) the guy said he couldnt find where it goes! Call the owner this morning, he says they did nothing wrong ! Umm Drive in with no problems. Even have the paperwork from pit stop saying everything checked out great and antifreeze measures -40 degrees. Now all the coolant has poured out and will not hold any at all! My car is now broken down, cant drive it until I get it towed somewhere to have it looked at. A 42.00 oil change is now costing hundreds and Scott Silveus will not make it right! He has even told people that this is the most inexperienced crew hes ever had. Will never go in that place again. Calling the BBB tomorrow
