Went to Wal-Mart last night and I saw at least 3 people I either went to school with or have worked with. Ive realized this...people really do let themselves go. Im sure I wouldnt want people looking at me and say , Damn...what happened? There is no excuse to let yourself go. Shower and clean yourself up. Got kids? No excuse. I have two sisters...one with 2 kids and the other has had 4. They are beautiful women that still take care of their body and eat healthy and MAKE time to exercise. I see people that are my age and the ones I went to school with that were all that and a bag of chips...now, looks like they ate all that and a bag of chips and wiped the grease in their hair and face. It really does sadden my heart to reunite with people and feel sorry for them. Maybe Im just an ass but there is truth in the words i speak.
