Went to a property yesterday only to have every one in a frenzy. The property had a realtor sign so we call to make sure it wasnt sold and permission to go forward with re-keying. As we start re-keying and taking pictures, three neighbors come over and start harassing us, one which was a cop off duty. ugh.. well they call the cops. So now as we call the asset management company and keep them informed we have to provide proof as to why we are there with the cops. That was fine. Then the previous owner came said she had a purchase and sale and new owners were moving in Sept 20th. I called again to the asset management company, still had the go ahead to secure property. With cops there, previous owner and neighbors all watching we proceeded to continue our work. As we finished we get a call from asset management company to stop all work. Whether the property was in preforclosure i=or not, somebody had something confused with this property and we were put thru hell, to make a meisley 22 dollars
