Went to have tea out today about 4.30, went to the ladies and a girl came out of the cubicle still putting on her apron , then she put her hat on, so I said "Are you a cook here" she said "yes". So I said" that is not acceptable you have not even washed your hands, you are messing with your apron, and how unhygienic to get changed in the toilet!" I went and had a word with the manager who informed me they did not have a staff room. I sat down, Ron had already bought a drink, and when he brought the menus over we told him not to bother as we were not going to eat there! Think I will be making a phone call tomorrow. Not sure if I should say where it was!
