Went to the hospital Monday bc I started feeling drunk for no reason. Slurred speech, flashing lights in my vision/ seeing spots, dizzy headache, and major confusion at even the most simple things. But, baby is healthy, my blood pressure and blood work was normal. They offered an mri, but knowing the high radiation, I chose not to. I will after I have this baby, was planning to before all that happened anyways. They said it could be low blood sugar, but I know it wasnt bc Ive dealt with that my whole life and never had that happen. They also said could have been a mini- stroke. I guess thats possible, since pregnancy causes more blood flow. I get enough exercise though, so not really sure if it was a mini-stroke. But wont know anything until I can get an mri, but this wont show up then. Dr didnt seem too concerned though. Has anyone else ever go thru something like that in late pregnancy? (less than a week from my due date). Was it figured out what it was? *Jessie
