Went to the meeting tonight about energizing Hartford City and heard a lot of interesting things. I was happy to see so many people in attendance. Lots of positive energy was apparent. Hoping that people stay fired up about making a difference in our hometown. I think one small step at a time can lead to bigger and better things for our community. The one point that really struck home - - - we shouldnt say, somebody should do something. We can be a somebody and get things done. Looking forward to working with others to bring about change. Not wanting to hear from the doubters, complainers, and whiners. It is time to focus on the positive things we have going for us. Dont let anyone tell you that Hartford City isnt a great place to live. Yes, it could be better but all of us need to do our part if it is going to improve.
