Went up Mt.Arrowsmith today via the Main Gully, what an amazing weather day. Light wind on the summit but otherwise calm, sunny, and warm. On the descent I stopped and basked in the sunlight for my lunch, was quite comfy in just a long sleeve shirt. What an awesome day!!! Not much snow accumulation in the gully itself, but enough to have some serious fun! The lower half was pretty hard ice, upper half was a mix, the higher I got the softer it got. Dug out and signed the summit registry, I was surprised to see that no one else has signed it since December 10th (I recognized the name, he posts here often), lucky I knew where it was too, or I would have never found it.
