Were back at the spa and making sure that everyone is sparkly for New Years Eve events! We hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season, we enjoyed getting away for a few days, but its always wonderful to come home to Key West. Were getting ready to be crazy busy this winter season....and I am SO blessed to be busy already, so if you want to get in specifically with me for a facial, wax or body sculpting series, I strongly suggest that you call SOON!! My first available appts are after January 8! Christine will be back in the spa next week and she often has a more flexible schedule for you than I do. Renee is booking up fast for massages, so again, if you need to relax a bit after the holiday rush....book it ASAP!! Start off a healthy 2015 with a membership to use our Whole Body Vibration machines 3 times a week and Dean, our Health Coach is ready to meet with you to discuss how you can keep those New Years resolutions to lose weight and get fit! For those of us too busy (read: lazy! LOL) we have our NEW Lipo Laser machine which melts up to 1 of fat per session! Personally, I use the machine 3 times a week and have already gone down at least one pants size since the beginning of December...with no change in diet or additional exercise besides the 10 min session on the Whole Body Vibration machine after each Lipo session!! Combine the Lipo Laser with our body sculpting service for a SMOKIN HOT body by spring!! Were very excited about 2015 and we hope youll join us because here, its ALWAYS All About You!
