If you have your own experienced helper, may be willing to bring them on at 12. Can go up very quickly. Bonuses available, lots of potential for full time work all year round. Must have all tools for remodeling, fencing, painting, drywall, siding, trim carpentry, framing, etc. And the skills to complete. Must have reliable and professional truck. No complaining about the drive or the work. I pay for gas up to a point. No drug addicts, thieves, creeps or shady characters.
