Were deeply disturbed and disappointed by this Israel Supreme Court ruling that essentially legalizes housing discrimination in shared communities (basically upscale housing developments) based on ill-defined social suitability criteria. The Abraham Fund joined the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) in bringing this legal challenge to the high court a couple of years ago. This is no doubt a setback, but the struggle for inclusion and equality will continue, and eventually prevail.
