Were delighted to welcome Johnny Storm to our program. He has been on our waiting list for a while - thanks Davi for your patience - but because we have a new fosterer - thanks Margaret - we can admit Johnny today. Johnny was vetted while on the waiting list but we had a few things we wanted checked out. Johnny Storm got a good bill of health today - thanks Dr Williams at HPAC. Due to an old injury or infection, the vision in his left eye is a little impaired but he is not in pain and is fully functional. He has some eye drops and some lysine. He is estimated to be one year old, is neutered, chipped, vaccinated, and tested neg/neg for FiV and FelV. He has a mild heart murmur which requires no treatment and should not pose a problem for him as he looks forward to life on the inside. Johnny S is a really sweet and very good looking cat. Big thanks to Davi his finder for reaching out to us about Johnny and OC Elligan and for working so co-operatively with us to get both cats into foster homes. OC Elligan, aka Goldie, has already been adopted by his first fosterers.
