Were fairly certain there are still about 23 people riding cable actuated brakes that clamp on the rim on their cx bikes. If youre one of those do yourself a favor and get some of these, our Minimoto brake. paulcomp/minimoto.html These have obviously been ridden hard and put away wet, er dirty. Thats how we do testing. We try to ride the crap out of stuff and do zero maintenance, because we want to see how they hold up in the worst real world conditions. These are the best brakes we make, and we make the best rim brakes. Ask anyone who has a pair.
