Were looking to fill two important roles at Brooklyn Boy Bagels. 1) HANDROLLER: We need someone to learn (and then execute) the art of handrolling bagels, with an immediate need this Friday, which would be the first training session. Attention to detail and a solid work ethic is a must, with baking experience a bonus. But, really, even bakers dont know bagels, so were happy to teach the right person. 2) DELIVERY AND MARKET STALLS: An engaging personality is wanted to work our market stalls at Warriewood on Fridays and/or Marrickville on Sundays. Ability to drive a stick shift is a big plus. Setup consists of putting up a marquee and moving boxes and crates, so the right person wont be afraid of a little physical work.
