Were owl getting very excited about the imminent arrival of our beautiful NEW spectacled owls...twit-a-woo. To celebrate their landing, weve got four fascinating facts lined up for you...owl good is that?! Ok, here goes; 1) Spectacled owls get their name from their identifying facial marks that resemble spectacles. #shouldhavegoneto 2) They are a tropical bird that originate from Mexico, Central America, Trinidad and Tobago & the northern two-thirds of South America. 3) Spectacled owls range from 43 to 52cm in length and their wingspan is 2.5 to 3 feet. #spectacular 4) Bambino spectacled owls are completely white apart from a chocolate brown facial disc #seriouslycute Our fabulously feathered friends are due to arrive on FRIDAY (whoop!) so keep your eyes peeled for an update!
