Were sorry to inform the imminent Solstice tour wont happen due to physical troubles of Alex Marquez.. here follows the official announcement: Solstice cancel European Tour 2014 due to health concerns of the drummer/founding member Alex Marquez. It is with great regret that Solstice has to announce the cancellation of their European Tour, scheduled to start on November 2014. The drummer/founding member Alex Marquez, was interned on the hospital several times this year due to severe pain on the legs. Marquez was doing treatments with a positive prognosis, but after his hospitalization last week, he was forced to cancel 14 shows scheduled in Europe in November/December this year. Alex Marquez: ‘I’m deeply sad for cancel this tour. Solstice has legions of fans in Europe, and we did our best to play for them for the first time. We ask all our apologies and are thankful for all the efforts of Roadmaster Booking to make it happen, for the promoters, support bands, fans and for everybody who supported it. Unfortunately even after all efforts my pains are getting worst. Last week I was again interned with severe pains on my legs and back and a run of 14 gigs in Europe as a drummer with these health issues it’s not an option at this time’ Roadmaster Booking (and Methedras) ask all apologies for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation and wish Alex Marquez the best possible recovery
