Wes Anderson makes you realize that your life is no where near as cool as being a character in his films, The Grand Budapest Hotel is no exception. There is nothing truly like watching one of his films simply because its unlike anything youll see in a mainstream sense, and The Grand Budapest Hotel is such a fun, entertaining and wildly funny film. Most people probably havent too much of his stuff (myself included) but the way he immaculately constructs his direction with production and art designs with the way he frames with his quick, almost inside joking movement of the camera and of course the staple quirky characters, which Ralph Fiennes just kills with his comedic chops, especially from such a dramatic actor. Didnt love as much as I did Moonrise Kingdom, but man if you really want to just lose yourself in something totally outside the world, The Grand Budapest Hotel is certainty something you should check out.
