Wesley asked me if I remmebered putting wood inat the old school on Grindle Hill. For some reason those years seem to escape my memory but I wasnt there very long either. I started school at the real tender age of five in 1952 and just barely made the cut-off date as too young to start. Brenda and I were the youngest of our class that year. If I recall correctly we went into the new school at half year in 1954. Sharon, my one memory is you and Bonnie being sent out to find me and Normie Burns. There was a halloween party and Normie and I were scared to death of the masks and such and hid outside the school. It was you and Bonnie who found us and shephered us back inside. I do remember recess and playing on the big rocks behind and across the road from the school.
