West Bengal Primary TET Result Countdown Begins West Bengal Primary TET result date may declare on 22nd October, 2013. On that date a high lavel meeting will be held at the Primary Board headed by the Board President Manik Bhattachariya. After the meeting the Board president may call a press meeting and declare the date of publishing TET result. There are near about 35000 Primary Teacher post vacant in the state. From sources we getting the information that near about 200000 candidates successfully cleared the examination. From the publishing of recruitment notification Government face lots of legal court case.Near about thousand of D.El.Ed Candidate alleged that the notification violating the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2010 & also violating National Council of Teacher Education’s norms, they also said that the Trained [D.el.ed] candidates are not getting priority in the recruitment process which was notified by the Education Department. Kolkata High Court interfered the matter, and instructed to the government to prepare two separate panel of TET qualified candidate. One is exclusive for trained candidate [as per NCTE norms] and other for non trained candidate. After giving the job to paneled trained if vacancy remain only than government can recruit non trained candidate from non trained panel. On 31st March on this year West Bengal Government conduct 1st primary Teacher Ebility Test. Near about 45 Lakhs candidate as the Primary Board claimed appear the exam. But again government face legal cases. Near about 350 TET appeared candidate alleged TET question paper also violating NCTE guideline. NCTE also submit preliminary report to Kolkata High Court and said out of 80 question 28 question violating NCTE guideline seriously and there was no Pedagogical questions, as per NCTE guideline 50% pedagogical questions are mandatory in TET exam. Although Kolkata High Court giving the permission to the Primary board of West Bengal to publishing the result but also warned the government that if the judgment go against the government than total panel may canceled. Final disposal of that case will be in the month of December. After 31st March , 2010 Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act implemented in India all the states are bound to follow the act and NCTE norms regarding teachers recruitment. From the very first day Government of West Bengal faced the hurdle due to non compliances with the act & NCTE norms.
