West, I dont know which biblical book you have read but, it clearly states in the King James version that Noah woke from his wine and cursed Canaan... Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be among his brethren. Mislead, tricked, Bamboozled... Yes, indeed, even some Blacks can mislead, trick and bamboozle other black people. Lets not forget that this is speaking about a particular group and confederation of peoples who had usurped/hijacked an established Black nation of people - the Kemetians (Kemet being known today as Egypt). I, personally, cannot from my present position state categorically what is what and who is who from that period - the past, but, I can certainly reason that whatever is stated to have transpired then is opened wide to many interpretation and quite frankly I couldnt give two cahoots as to what the Bible is about. It leaves me cold when I read of all the horrible things that a supposed loving and long-suffering God had done and is doing, even to innocent people. And, for that reason, I totally dismiss it as being any source of moral, upright living. Yes, it may be peppered with some humane ideologies/concepts but, as for the practical living of those that supposed to be leaders, their stories were ones of sordidness. IO.
