West Midlands Police have been asked to clean up their grubby Lloyd House headquarters in return for securing planning permission for a new station. Police chiefs want to open a fully functioning public access station at ground floor level on the Snow Hill Queensway side of the 1960s office block. But city planners have demanded that they spruce up the building which is looking dated and dirty compared to the many newer office blocks surrounding it. What do you think?
