WesternEye Goes Green! We would like to represent the majority - TopicsExpress

WesternEye Goes Green! We would like to represent the majority of student views by keeping our newspaper as ecologically sustainable as possible. We are having a huge increase in online content while producing a physical paper once a month, with only half the amount of pages and a smaller print run. Throughout last year we printed approximately 1 million pages whereas this year we will only be producing just over half a million. There will be less papers to go round but much more interesting, carefully selected content so get your hands on a copy as soon as possible! We are urging you to recycle your papers once you have read them to ensure our ecological footprint is minimal. Keep your eyes peeled for issues on Perspex stands and blue dump boxes around all campuses! Our next paper will be available on November 22nd, find our breaking news and reviews online in the meantime! westerneye.net Love from the WesternEye Team x
