Wet Dining in Freeport on the Nautical Mile has done it again. 2 Years ago Paul Burnup The owner of the Waterview Club claimed Bankruptcy and stole owed rent from Veterans of the United States in the amount of $200,000. He additionally took deposits from couples to be wed and kept those deposits. Now He is doing it again by claiming Bankruptcy under his Freeport Venue (WVC Hospitality) They are now not paying their Freeport Landlord, and they have not yet vacated thier venue (Wet Dining) meaning that any money spent there aids in the continuation of the venue not paying Landlords, Vendors, and possibly even employees. There are 3 active lawsuits with Mr. Burnup 1) His house is in forclosure as seen below. 2) The food, and supply vendors have hired a collection agency to try to recover the over $50,000 that they have not been paid in Food Liquor, and supplies, and finally #3 is the newly filed bankruptcy as shown below.
