Wet and windy weekend at Adelaide Showground Farmers Market and Adelaide Hills Farmers Markets. We are thawing and drying out today. Hit of the weekend was our Kaffir Lime infused Meyer Lemon curd with Vanilla Bean. Made using Paris Creek Organic Butter, Murphys Crossing free-range Eggs, Barry Beach Organic Vanilla Bean, Food Forest Organic Meyer Lemon, Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaf, Organic Golden Sugar. Best eaten straight from the jar late at night with a good friend. Get on it next weekend!
