Weve all been there when we eat far to much protein and of course we need to fart, thought Id put the top 5 exercises to watch out for ;) 1: leg press- cant control any function on the way down 2: throw downs- we tighten everything up we think 3:groin stretch: hope its silent- no where to hide 4: wide sumo squat: keyword is wide 5: hamstring stretch: watch out for groining or coughing, really gives it away
