Weve been planning on making cupcakes all week, but never got around to actually doing it. The Funfetti cake mix and icing have been on the counter every day, reminding me I was not winning any awards for not making time to do it. Damn box.... Today is the day, and the cupcakes are cooling....our icing is vanilla and the icing on the box is pink, so naturally Tater wants pink icing. So after a little digging in the pantry I find a box of 4 food coloring tubes...not a pink one in sight, but theres red. And if you mix just a little red with a lot of white, you get pink :) Tater was aMAZed! BOOM ~ Just like that, I win at parenthood today!
