Weve been programming!! YOU SHOULD ALL BE VERY EXCITED!! Few things to tell you all... 1. The first Monday of each month will be a benchmark workout, so try to be there for those if you can. If not, you can make them up another night! But itd be better if everyone could do them together. 2. New foundations starts Feb 2nd, so tell anyone you know who is interested. Its only $30 for all 4 classes if they arent sure they want to join. 3. COME TO CLASS PEOPLE! Mondays Workout (1/12/15): Skill: 3x3 Snatch Balance Buy In: 400 m (run or row) AMRAP 8: 3 burpees, 6 KBS (heavier), 9 wall balls (20#, 14#), 12 jump lunges REST 5 MINUTES 8 EMOM: 1 man maker, 2 air squats, 3 burpee broad jumps, 4 situps
