Weve been receiving many inquiries on letterpress, but many not knowing how expensive letterpress can cost. So let me briefly introduce you on that. Letterpress has long been used since 15th century till the 20th century when it was then replaced with the modern offset printing due to its high cost and extremely time consuming in production. To explain in short, it is a relief printing process, which utilized raised metal type, inks it, and presses paper against it to transfer the ink from the type which creates an impression on the paper. It is a labour intensive printing method and thus, is expensive.
