Weve been very pleased to have been offering fabulous Lego sets to you for over a year now. Today we have been informed that due to the huge demand for Lego since the Lego Movie came out, there is not enough Lego to go around to all retailers. Apparently Canadian specialty stores will not be sent any new Lego for the rest of 2014. We will not be getting any Lego Advent Calendars, new Minifigures or any new stock from Lego at all until 2015. The only stores in Canada to be allotted any Lego shipments for the remainder of 2014 will be the big box stores. We have plenty of existing stock but we do anticipate that many of the sets will sell out. I do think that if the demand is so high and the availability so low they had to pick and choose who gets to sell it, there may be a chance that some favorite sets may sell out and be difficult to find, even at the big box stores and online. So as a friendly FYI to all of you, you may want to pick up that special set early this year. We are very disappointed that we will not have lots of great Lego to provide to you and we hope that you will understand that this is completely out of our control. Vanessa & Tumbleweed Toys Staff
