Weve got an ANM mama who really needs your help! I have a one year old, breastfed until 7mo (June). Had health issues before pregnancy including infertility, felt great during pregnancy, health issues returning. Some symptoms: depression, anxiety, acne, low energy, melasma, and hair loss. Have a local dr who seems to treat mainly symptoms. To me I feel like I have hormonal imbalance and adrenal issues, which some drs do not believe in. Questions: Have you had similar symptoms? What treatments worked? Do you have a dr recommendation that would be open to supplements in addition to medication? Im desperate for answers. Oh, And I am 31. Thanks in advance for your help. She is also looking for support groups for infertility and postpartum depression!
