Weve got weather. The National Weather Service is forecasting a series of storms for Southern California that are expected to produce significant rainfall amounts throughout the weekend. This will be the first significant weather to affect Southern California in some time, and we should all be prepared for possible impacts from the rain. These storms can result in an elevated risk of flooding as well as an increased threat of mud and debris flows, particularly in foothill communities and in communities below recent wildfire burn areas.
