Weve had a lot of new likes recently. For those new heres a general idea of what youll find here: Only original content. I dont steal the words of others and try to play them off as my own. I cant understand why anyone would go to a business page that was filled with another authors words. Why not just go directly to the actual authors page? No supplement sales or MLM schemes to try to add to my income. No use of photoshopped fitspo pictures. The only pictures we use are those of our staff and clients, usually taken with a iPhone. The only editing work we do is filters on Instagram. Always, always, youll get my best interpretation of training based on research and experience. I dont think trainers with little experience quoting text books are experts, but I am also skeptical of those who are only in the BroScience camp. As always the truth is somewhere in the middle, particularly in a field that is heavily based on hours of experience with a watchful eye. This also means that as I progress in my understanding that I will feel differently about some things now than I did five years ago, and will likely feel differently again in another five years time.
