Weve had a lot of questions lately regarding the details of our business so I wanted to take a minute to highlight some of the basics and point out the benefits of renting a booth from us. Details/Basics: *We have 4-5 booth sizes and they range from $250.00 - $300.00 a month. *We rent our spaces month to month. *We send out sales invoices every other night so the vendor knows where they stand on making their booth and the kind of profit theyre making. *We DO NOT take a percentage of sales. *We write and distribute profit checks on or before the 4th of each month and if you dont make your booth it is due on the 6th of the month. **NOTE: Roughly 95% of our vendors made their booths last month and profit checks were off the charts!** Benefits of renting a booth: *Its fun, you have your own little store within a store. *Its PROFITABLE! We have vendors that use their profit to pay their mortgage. We have vendors that use their profit as their sole source of income. We have our weekend warriors that love the hunt for treasures and use their profit to feed the habit. *Its a jumping off point; we have a vendor opening up their own shop, much like ours, and used ours as an example... a great one at that! *You gain another family. We love our vendors and without them we wouldnt have a shop and so they are who we most value.
