Weve had an excellent experience with our Bolt Hot Springs Spa. Our salesman, John, in the Lacey Olympic Hot Tub store , walked us through all of the details of each model, helping us find the right tub for our needs. The delivery was smooth and easy. It took us a week or two to get the chemistry fine tuned to our use, but now were happily using the tub once or twice a day to soothe our muscles and relax after long days.
