Weve kept a low profile the past several days due to Robins little bit of a rough week I mentioned last weekend. Truth be told, shes had, by far, the hardest two weeks since waking up from the accident. And THAT means so have her care givers. But weve discovered what was at the root of it, and the past two days have been a breath of fresh air. We have some big decisions to make in the coming days and would appreciate your concentrated prayers. Some things are up to us, but others are out of our hands. Were taking steps to get the house wheelchair / handicap accessible and praying about if and when to bring Robin home. That would require hiring someone to come and stay with her while we work. Meanwhile, theres a possibility of going to another rehab facility for several weeks of more intensive therapy. If she meets their requirements and is accepted, it still hinges on insurance and Medicaid approval. If that doesnt pan out, Im hoping Shepherd Center outpatient therapy is still an option. Again, it hinges on acceptance and insurance. Please pray for logistics for extended therapy to work out, for the remodeling/rearranging/whatever at the house to go smoothly, for finances to be available, and for us to have faith and patience while we wait for Gods plan to continue to unfold. O Lord God, you have only begun to show your servant your greatness and your mighty hand. For what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as yours? Deuteronomy 3:24
