Weve started encouraging our employees to help each other succeed and improve by staying after hours to teach each other new welding skills and to brush up on their techniques. We are overjoyed to see the willingness and determination in our guys to continuously improve and be the best they can be in our industry...even the ladies! This video shows one of our female employees learning how to stick weld with a 7018 rod for the first time ever under the direction of one of our professional fabricators.
